excellent buffet friendly staff difficult toilet missing cutlery
The breakfast had an excellent buffet style. Staff were cute. Mohamed and Ali were very friendly at check-in, and they were helpful. Benyam from housekeeping was very professional.
The toilet was difficult to flush. It took force.

spacious room good balcony excellent room
the check in was quick the room was spacious and neat with a good size balcony. i found the room service excellent because they fulfilled all my requests. housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy with all the necessary amenities everyday.

the fitness club had modern equipment and ample space for workouts. a pool area offered a refreshing escape with comfortable loungers for relaxation. these amenities contributed positively to my overall experience.

The location was convenient, nearby metro station assisted easy travel. i appreciated the cleanliness i found. breakfast was delicious. Chef purusu prepared a nice omelette for me each morning.
my room's window had significant dirt, obscuring the scenery. the toilet required considerable force to flush properly. the front desk did not deliver cutlery after i requested, causing my late-night delivery to become cold.

friendly assistance helpful concierge old facility bathroom issue
the reception and concierge provided friendly assistance. pradeep and dilshan from concierge and mark and parvinder assisted me well. i appreciated their help with my luggage and directions.
The hotel facility seemed a bit old. the bathroom in my room did not work properly. i also noticed a bad smell in the corridors and even in my room. It was really off-putting!
